Agreement

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of lexbuilt.com and Lex Built OS (the "Services") operated by Lex Built LLC ("Lex Built," "we," "us"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What the Services are

Lex Built provides concrete construction services and related business tools. Lex Built OS is an internal operations application for authorized team members to manage leads, CRM, jobs, estimates, expenses, documents, and accounting workflows. Public pages on lexbuilt.com are for marketing, quotes, and company information.

Accounts and access

• Lex Built OS accounts are invite-only for authorized Lex Built personnel and contractors.
• You must keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly of unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or revoke access if we believe these Terms are violated or security is at risk.

License

Subject to these Terms, Lex Built grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Lex Built OS solely for Lex Built business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, rent, or sublicense the software except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to access another user's data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use the Services for personal non-business purposes unrelated to Lex Built work
• Misrepresent expenses, jobs, or financial records

Customer and third-party content

You are responsible for information you enter or upload (including receipts, notes, and documents). Construction quotes and job communications on the public site are invitations to discuss work and are not binding contracts unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

Third-party services

The Services may connect to third parties such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, email providers, and hosting platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Lex Built is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes. You authorize us to exchange data with connected services as needed to provide the features you enable.

Intellectual property

Lex Built OS, branding, and site content are owned by Lex Built LLC or its licensors. Feedback you provide may be used freely to improve the Services without obligation to you.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEX BUILT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that synced accounting data will be complete without your review.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEX BUILT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE ACCESS IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. These limits do not affect liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or separate construction contracts for physical work.

Termination

We may stop providing Lex Built OS features or terminate access at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a separate written construction contract says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
