Who we are

Lex Built LLC ("Lex Built," "we," "us") operates the website at lexbuilt.com and the Lex Built OS application used by our team to manage jobs, estimates, expenses, documents, and related business operations. Contact: lucas@lexbuilt.com.

Information we collect

Website / quote requests: name, email, phone, company, project details you submit.
Lex Built OS accounts: name, work email, role, and activity needed to run the company tools (jobs, expenses, invoices, documents, CRM notes).
Receipts and financial records: expense amounts, merchants, payment method, uploaded receipt images/PDFs, and related job costing data.
Integrations you connect: if you connect QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Outlook, or similar services, we receive tokens and the data those connections authorize (for example bills, or a live read of your inbox to show on Do next). Inbox contents are not stored as a second mailbox.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps used for security and reliability.

How we use information

Respond to quote and contact requests
Operate Lex Built OS for authorized team members
Track job costs, expenses, invoices, and documents
Sync data to connected bookkeeping tools you authorize (for example QuickBooks)
Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
Meet legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping needs

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers that host or process data for us (for example hosting, email, database, and storage providers)
Accounting platforms you connect (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online)
Microsoft Graph if you connect Outlook (read-only mail for the signed-in teammate)
Professional advisors (CPA, attorney, insurance) when needed for the business
Authorities when required by law

Data storage and security

We use reputable cloud providers and access controls appropriate for a small business operations system. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Team members should use strong passwords and only access Lex Built OS on trusted devices.

Retention

We keep business records (including expenses and job data) as long as needed for operations, tax, insurance, and legal requirements, then delete or archive them when no longer needed.

Your choices

Team users can request access, correction, or deletion of their account information by emailing lucas@lexbuilt.com. Website leads can ask us to delete a quote request the same way. Disconnecting QuickBooks from Settings stops future sync; data already sent to Intuit is governed by Intuit's policies.

Children

Lex Built OS and our public site are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or Lex Built OS after an update means you accept the revised policy.
